SCOPEWith rough line art provided by Disney, the concept of the gravedigger and dog was developed, beginning with mockups exploring various poses and props before progressing to a full-color mockup. Collaboration with Hallmark’s offices in Asia facilitated the production of 3D sculpts, refined through several revisions to achieve the final product. Packaging design was handled as a separate process.
